Friends of the Earth Action endorses progressive champions for California’s 2nd, 17th, and 50th Congressional districts
WASHINGTON– Friends of the Earth Action announced today its second round of endorsements for the 2020 election.
Erich Pica, president of Friends of the Earth Action, issued the following statement:
These progressive candidates are the environmental champions we need in Congress. To solve the climate crisis, Americans need leaders who will put people over profit, take on big polluters and demand justice for frontline communities. We are thrilled to endorse these candidates, who have demonstrated their support of progressive policies like the Green New Deal, and who fight every day for economic and environmental justice.
We encourage our members, supporters, environmentalists, and Democratic voters in California to make the right choice on election day. Our future depends on it.
