The DCMA requires that notices of alleged infringement include specific information. For more details, see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). If Friends of the Earth (Action), Inc. is notified of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA, or otherwise becomes aware of facts and circumstances from which infringement is apparent, we will respond expeditiously by removing, or disabling access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. Friends of the Earth (Action), Inc. will comply with the appropriate provisions of the DMCA in the event that a counter notification, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. §§ 512(g)(2) and (3), is received by its designated agent.

Friends of the Earth (Action), Inc. expects all users of any part of its system or network to comply with applicable copyright laws. Under appropriate circumstances, Friends of the Earth (Action), Inc. may, in its sole discretion, terminate authorization of any users of its system or network who are repeat infringers.
