Environmental Groups Endorse Collin O’Mara for Delaware Governor
WASHINGTON — Today, Friends of the Earth Action and the Center for Biological Diversity Action Fund announced their endorsement of Collin O’Mara for Delaware governor.
O’Mara served as CEO of the National Wildlife Federation, one of the nation’s largest environmental organizations, for the past 10 years. He also served as Delaware’s secretary of national resources and environmental control under Gov. Jack Markell. O’Mara has vast experience in tackling today’s environmental challenges and a deep understanding of the interconnections between a healthy environment and the well-being of communities.
