Friends of the Earth Action endorses progressive candidates in upcoming Oregon primary
WASHINGTON, D.C.– Friends of the Earth Action announced its endorsement of three progressive candidates running for federal and state offices in next week’s Oregon primary.
Ariel Moger, political coordinator for Friends of the Earth Action, issued the following statement on behalf of the organization:
Now more than ever, America needs fighters at all levels of government who will stand up to corrupt interests and protect the rights of communities and our environment. Friends of the Earth Action is proud to endorse these progressive candidates who are ready and eager to take on that fight. We call on our members, supporters, environmentalists, and voters across Oregon to support these candidates on election day.
