Friends of the Earth Action endorses twenty candidates for Congress
WASHINGTON, D.C.– Friends of the Earth Action announced today its endorsement of twenty candidates running for the U.S. House of Representatives.
Ariel Moger, political coordinator for Friends of the Earth Action, issued the following statement on behalf of the organization:
Friends of the Earth Action is proud to endorse these candidates who will advocate for people and the planet in the U.S. House of Representatives. Our public health, environment, and democracy are on the line this November, and we need to elect leaders who will put communities over corporate profits. These candidates are the type of champions we need in Congress to fight for meaningful progressive legislation. We strongly urge environmental voters to help us send these impressive candidates to Washington, DC.
